This past week our very own Mynor Herrera celebrated his 40th birthday. With all that Mynor has accomplished in the real estate market, turning 40 deserves an even more special celebration. We at Mynor & Associates decided to throw a surprise birthday party at the office for our beloved colleague and friend. It was difficult keeping it a secret from Mynor but in the end the party was a huge success. Mynor's complete astonishment was priceless. The room was filled with colleagues from Keller Williams Capital Properties, friends of Mynor's, tons of laughter and endless smiles. Guests mixed and mingled with our birthday star as we all indulged in catered Mexican cuisine and a delicious, custom Dulce de Leche cake gifted by our very own Brenda Pomar.
